Director of Ban Khlong Manao School, Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, Receives International ITEC Scholarship for School Administration Training in New Delhi, India

Congratulations on an Important International Achievement

Mr. Wichai Nontakan, Director of Ban Khlong Manao School under the Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, has been selected to receive an international training scholarship under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme of the Government of the Republic of India.

He will participate in the International Programme on Institutional Planning for Heads of Educational Institutes (IPHEI) from 30 March to 10 April 2026 at the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) in New Delhi, India.

The programme is coordinated by the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to enhance the capacity of educational administrators in strategic planning and educational management at the international level. The scholarship covers all programme expenses, including round-trip international airfare.

Participation in this programme provides an important opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with educational leaders from various countries. The knowledge gained will contribute to improving educational administration and enhancing student learning outcomes toward international standards.
