Health Promotion: Core Teachers’ Skills in Enhancing Child Development and Fostering Positive Discipline

On May 21, 2026, Mr. Wichai Nontakan, Director of Ban Khlong Manao School, assigned Mrs. Papatra Srirakchat and Miss Songkran Kaewprasitna to attend a workshop titled "Core Teacher Skills in Promoting Child Development and Positive Discipline through Family Engagement for Fiscal Year 2026" at the meeting room of the Thai Traditional Medicine Hospital, Watthana Nakhon District Public Health Office 2.

The objective of this training is to apply the acquired knowledge to enhance early childhood development and improve infectious disease surveillance, such as Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) and Chickenpox. This will enable teachers to observe symptoms, perform initial screenings, isolate sick children from healthy peers, and promptly refer them to medical professionals for the safety and well-being of all students.
